| Aguacate needs a home! |

So both John and I are leaving Mexico in a few weeks, and both our backup plans for what to do with our cat have fallen through.
I'm leaving through California, and John's leaving through Texas. Does anyone in Mexico, Texas, or California want a cat?

She is one of the best cats named Aguacate in the whole wide world. I'd say easily in the top 25. She likes to jump around on rooftops like a superhero.
You should totally give her a loving home so that the crushing guilt of abandoning her subsides.
oh i have no problem adopting her, and she'll be safe with me. but is your friend passing through the rio grande valley?
That's.... somewhere just north of Monterrey, right? I can take a trip up before we leave...... Where exactly are ya?
Like 3 hours north of there.. I'm in Texas. The RGV. current residence: San Juan, Texas & Donna, Texas
Hey! I'm in the midst of a last minute dash to see if there's anyone in Zacatecas that wants a cat, or if there's a chance John is heading through somewhere where someone wants a cat, but I will let you know by the end of the weekend if I'm gonna need to do an emergency 3 day bus Journey to give you a kitten!
By "abandon her" I was referring to the emotional abandonment of finding her a new home. I would never abandon an animal..... she was already left on the street once, that's how we found her.
I am just messing around! I know you guys are nice guys. There are so many cats on the streets it was awesome of you to take her in.
where in texas? i'm in austin.
Hey! Sorry I hadn't responded until now, we've been trying to find someone in Zacatecas who wants a cat, but things keep falling through, and we should know by the end of the weekend. If not, and I can convince John to head through Austin, would you be interested in getting a special kitten delivery?
I would love a special kitty delivery. Does she get along well with other cats? I already have three. But, if anything we have a lot of space and she'd have many trees and rooftops to climb, places to roam, and adventures to be had. If nothing else I know some other people who would take her and I'd keep her until then.
If I were to adopt the lil' avocado, I'd be like, "OMG OMG Ryan's cat don't let anything happen to her!" Yeah, too much responsibility to stress out on. Thankfully I don't live around any of your stops so it's not a concern(although being around one of your stops would still be nice just to meet you). | |
